The President of the Public Benefit Enterprise of the Municipality of Thessaloniki for the implementation of sub-no. 65 / 11-05-2022 (ΑΔΑ: 60Φ6ΟΛΩ0-Δ7Ε) of the BoD of Κ.Ε.ΔΗ.Θ. with which 42/2022 was completed (ΑΔΑ: 6ΕΕΝΟΛΩ0-2ΞΞ) Α.Δ.Σ., announces obvious oral auction of real estate lease for the housing of KDAP-ND of KEDITH.
The property to be rented must be located within the boundaries of the Community of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, be in excellent condition, meet the specifications for the establishment and operation of KDAP in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, have hydraulic and sewerage facilities in operation, internal telephone communication wiring as well as electrical installation network, all areas to be free of moisture to have adequate natural and artificial lighting, ventilation, adequate heating, cooling and fire protection.
It is allowed to submit real estate offers that meet the conditions provided that the offered property will have an area of 250 to 350 sq.m. and will meet the other conditions of the declaration.
