The Board of Directors of ELSA Greece is pleased to announce the successful organization of the National Round of the 2nd National Negotiation Competition in Thessaloniki on April 16 & 17, 2022.
The participants, who were selected by professionals in the field of negotiation, had the opportunity to receive specialized training on the subject and techniques of Negotiation before the Competition from academics and professionals in the field of alternative dispute resolution through educational seminars . During the days of the Competition, the participants had the opportunity to simulate in front of judging panels, made up of experienced negotiators, a real negotiation process between two parties, who are trying to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. The two teams from each Local Round, held on 18 & 19 December 2021, with the highest score qualified for the National Round of the Competition.
