The 2rd Working Meeting held in Zagreb, Croatia, today, Thursday 3 December, in the framework of the approved European Project 'ended.Strengthening a Europe of solidarity in times of migration'("Strengthening a Europe of solidarity in times of migration"), in which the Public Benefit Enterprise of the Municipality of Thessaloniki participates as a partner.
KEDITH represents Greece in a consortium consisting of twenty municipalities of the European Union: Spain, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Portugal, Portugal , Italy, Slovakia and Croatia and is represented at the Working Meeting by its President, Municipal Councilor, Ms. Natalia Varsami.
The project brings together citizens, local authorities, experts and civil society representatives to discuss real issues such as immigration, solidarity, cooperation, Euroscepticism during five transnational events, in order to enhance the active participation of society in the European Union. .
The project envisages two more Working Meetings and is expected to be completed within 2022.
